Key Features & Benefits:

• Maximize Your Range: The elevated design allows your chest to dip below hand level, engaging more muscle fibers with each rep compared to floor-based exercises.
• Neutral Hand Position: Cushioned foam handles keep your hands at a natural angle instead of flat on the ground, many users find this more comfortable during high rep workouts.
• Stays Put During Sets: Textured anti-skid base pads grip tile, hardwood, or carpet so the bars don’t slide around when you’re working through your routine.
• Heavy Duty Construction: Rated to support up to 440 lbs (200kg), these handles are built with solid materials that hold up to explosive movements and daily training sessions.
• Compact and Portable: At 21cm wide x 14cm tall, they fit in gym bags or luggage for hotel room workouts, outdoor training, or home gym use.
• Padded Grip Comfort: Thick foam cushioning with red accent bands provides a secure, comfortable hold during extended training sessions.
