The quickest way to order is through our website checkout. Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, go to the checkout page to add your delivery details and hit the “Place Order” button — it only takes a few minutes.

However, if you’d prefer to order through our sales team on WhatsApp, just send us the following:

  • Product links or screenshots you’re interested in
  • Your full name
  • Local phone number for our delivery team to call
  • Your exact address (building/nearest landmark, street, neighbourhood)
  • Any special delivery instructions

Our team will confirm availability, share the total, and arrange delivery for you.

Yes, Mpesa or cash on delivery is available for orders placed within Nairobi.

For orders placed outside Nairobi, we require full payment before dispatch.

Orders placed before 5pm are usually processed and delivered within the same working day. We’ll call or WhatsApp you beforehand to confirm delivery timing and ensure someone is available to receive your order.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are delivered on the next working working day.

Yes. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Reach out on WhatsApp to start a return or exchange.

An extra collection and delivery fee will be applicable and borne by the customer based on your distance from the shop you purchased from.

Contact us on WhatsApp immediately with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Yes! We offer wholesale pricing on select products depending on the quantity ordered. We also supply hotels, restaurants, cafes, and resellers. Tap the WhatsApp button to inquire about wholesale availability and pricing for the products you’re interested in.

Yes! For deliveries outside Nairobi, we use G4S or Wells Fargo Courier, though we’re happy to use your preferred courier if you have one. Please note: full payment is required upfront. We’ll pack all items securely, but once the package has been handed over to the courier, we’ll not liable for any loss or damage during transit.
