Instructions for use

• Cold compress: Place this product in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes, then take it out and wear it.
• Hot compress: Immerse in 60℃ water for 5-8 minutes, then wear it.
• Do not heat in a microwave oven to avoid breakage.
• Do not place in environments above 60℃ or below 0℃.
• Do not microwave or place it in the freezer compartment.
• Keep out of reach of children.
