At LiveEasy Products Ltd, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if you need to return an item, please review our returns policy below:
Timeframe for Returns: You have 48 hours from the time of receiving your item to initiate a return. If a holiday falls within this period, the timeframe for returns will be extended accordingly.
Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original packaging, without any damage. A valid original receipt from the package must be provided to process the return.
Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we will provide store credit or replace the product, depending on your preference and the availability of the item.
Restocking Fees and Shipping Costs: We do not charge restocking fees for returned items. However, the buyer is responsible for the delivery fee of the product back to our store.
Exchanges: We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- The product received is defective.
- The product received is not the one you ordered.
Exceptions: Currently, there are no exceptions to our returns policy. All items are eligible for return or exchange, provided they meet the conditions outlined above.
